What Is Coaching?
I work with my clients one on one (‘1-1’). This means I customise my program and everything we cover specifically for your life. We address the challenges and circumstances most relevant to you. It is the highest level of personal support you can receive.
Coaching with me means that you start to become aware of how you are getting your results; then, using my tools, start to consciously create the life you really want. To address why you drink and to do something about it. To achieve freedom around alcohol so you can stop worrying about your drinking and get on with living. Imagine how amazing that will feel? And it’s totally possible for you. The benefits of this transformation will last a lifetime.
Who Do You Coach?
Coaching with me is a good fit if:

My program is not for you if you’re an alcoholic, are drinking to avoid withdrawal symptoms or believe you are addicted. In those cases please seek medical assistance.

How Are Calls Conducted?
Each call is a 60 minute virtual (face to face) session via Zoom (video conferencing platform) or, if you prefer, a regular phone call.
I also offer bonus calls around challenging events or parties you may be attending.
Before each session I may send you a few questions so we are ready to make the most of our time together.
You will also have unlimited email and text access to me between calls, plus a portal of worksheets and videos that supports what we coach on each week.
