“I just like the taste.” This is something I hear day in, day out.

But do you? Do you really just love the taste? And did you love drinking from the very first sip?

Probably not. So what kept you drinking? And why does that even matter?

Because if you want to stop drinking, or drink less, or change your relationship with alcohol in any which way, you’re going to have to understand why it was that you acquired the taste for drinking in the first place.

And this really is important for those of you who identify with loving drinking or loving a certain drink. If you have ever had a thought, “I only drink the good stuff,” it’s even more important for you to understand why you acquired a taste for alcohol if you want to start to go about changing your relationship with it.

Pay attention to this. Pay attention to the reason specific for you. And if you’re not sure how to get started, listen up. And get ready to see taste in a whole new light.

I can help you moderate or give up drinking for good. You know what you want for your life.

I know how to help you get it.
