Dryuary (or Dry January) has become something of an annual tradition to many. I have nothing against abstaining for a month – in fact it can teach you a lot about your relationship with alcohol if you’re open to the lessons – and if you just want to do the 31 days then carry on as before, that’s totally your choice.
