Rebelling against yourself as you take steps to change your drinking can feel frustrating and infuriating – but is extremely common.

How this shows up in my world is when you decide to do something about your drinking, you sign up to do the work – whether that’s following along with me on the podcasts and taking action or when you say hey Anna I want to work with you to get results faster – then at some point you reach a point of rebellion.

You start to work against yourself, blame the tools, other people or yourself for your drinking, stop taking responsibility and self-sabotage.
