With October just around the corner, many people are gearing up for Sober October. Which often translates as: cut out alcohol for 31 days straight. Whatever. It. Takes.
I never had much success with Sober October mainly because I wasn’t able to translate any short-term success to long-term achievement. I found this incredibly frustrating.
So it is my great pleasure to share a different way to ‘do’ Sober October that does not involve being super tough on yourself, keeping yourself distracted or avoiding your friends, family and living like a hermit for the month.
