Each day I will address a concept. Mindsets and tactics and tools that we can climb rung by rung to get us to our goals.
We don’t count sober days. We don’t grit our teeth to say no. I’m not going to be telling you what to do. Or how much to drink. I will help you get curious about new ways of viewing alcohol. And yourself. What you are choosing to believe.
Throughout the month you’ll see what you’re capable of. So you can finally put to bed YOUR drinking story. Whatever it is.
Throughout the month I’ll be going live with teaching and concepts and things to make you think, I’ll answer questions you send me and give you a new way of thinking about your relationship with alcohol. And what’s possible for you. I’ll be hosting a lot of this on my 90 Days Later with Anna Charles Facebook page (so you’re going to want to start following it to avoid missing anything).
