Victimhood – we’ve all been there. If you feel burdened by your life, if you externalise the cause of your issues or find yourself asking: “Why me?” then it’s likely you’ve slipped into victimhood. And victimhood is a bosom buddy of alcohol.

We’ve all been there. Feeling like there’s so much stuff going on in your life. Comparing your lot to others around you. Feeling as though you’re a plaything in some massive game. I mean lately in the world there has been a lot going on that well, you could almost feel justified in staking your claim to why you feel you’re in the crosshairs of life.

But when you feel these emotions this is a situation where alcohol can become a default choice. Which leads to you pushing all these feelings of victimhood, self-pity and so on aside. Which means you never get to address them and change things.

When you feel targeted on all fronts you may feel justified in feeling sorry for yourself. And all the reasons why it’s making you drink. Or keep you drinking. But I’m going to show you today why that’s not the case. So if you find yourself walking around saying “why me?” this podcast is for you. I show you how victimhood presents itself and how to get out of it.

I can help you moderate or give up drinking for good. You know what you want for your life.

I know how to help you get it.
