Why 90 days? That’s a question I get asked why I talk about my work. In today’s episode, I explain why the 90 Days Later programme is more than just a catchy name. 

I’m rather obsessed with the concept of changing your life 90 days at a time. That’s right – it doesn’t have to just apply to drinking, but across the entirety of your life.

I grew this philosophy as a result of many years working big jobs in the corporate world. I would regularly lead task forces to achieve quarterly objectives. We would take one area of the business and focus even more effort than usual on that one area. It showed just how much could be achieved in a condensed amount of time, but it wasn’t simply a task of working harder. We definitely worked smarter and took different approaches to usual.

It became a big part of how I’m wired and it’s no surprise I turned to the 90 day format when I decided I was going to transform my relationship with alcohol.
