What do I mean by that? The simple answer is other people. Other people who don’t want you to stop drinking.
But I don’t want the focus of this episode to be on other people. On this outside influence. So I decided on the title ‘Well-Meaning Drink Pushers’ because that’s how it so often felt to me. That I was having drinks ‘pushed’ on me by people who mostly wanted good things for me. It’s just that their view of what was best for me differed to mine.
